Tracheobronchial Stenting for Ewing's Sarcoma

A 29-year-old male with a history of Ewing's Sarcoma presented with dyspnea. CT scan of the chest demonstrated near-complete tracheobronchial obstruction secondary to recurrent metastatic Ewing's Sarcoma. He underwent endobronchial stenting of the trachea and bilateral mainstem bronchi to prevent impending complete central airway obstruction.
